Elias Brothers Group is seeking a FULL-TIME Contract Administrator Assistant to work in our very busy Repaint and Concrete Restoration Company located in Naples, Florida. Seeking a dynamic individual who has a current background of 1 year in construction field or related area to provide excellent support to our Sales Team in preparation of each contract for our customers.
We are looking for a dedicated TEAM PLAYER who will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Someone who is well organized and self directed. Detail oriented especially with organizing and maintaining the filing system both electronically and the actual physical file. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs a plus . Quick Books experience a plus . The candidate should have a working knowledge of Excel and Access with knowledge of creating and maintaining all projects and bid files. Candidate should have at least 2 years experience with construction documents and a working knowledge of specification writing, editing and interpretation of executing contracts. AIA forms and Accounts receivables a plus in assisting the payment applications. Candidate with experience to create change orders to contracts and maintain Project schedules, file warranty and with knowledge of permitting in Collier and Lee County and insure all insurance requirements are met will highly be considered.
