We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for our machine manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with specific experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the machine manufacturing industry. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.
2. Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory control, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, sales, and finance, to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and coordinate material requirements.
4. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliability of supply.
5. Monitor supplier performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
