Iroquois Dental Center is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Naperville, IL

Small Fast paced dental office looking for a full time front office receptionist . Looking for highly organized & customer service oriented individual who is able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must have appropriate language and phone skills and be committed to a clean and tidy work environment. Tasks include checking patients in and out, answering phones and insurance verification. Dental Experience is required for this position!
Mondays: 10AM-6PM
Wednesdays: 10AM-4PM
Thursdays: 10AM-6PM
Select Saturdays: 9AM-1PM
(1) Appointment scheduling. Obtain, record, and file patient information (including current treatment and conditions).
(2) Manage patient accounts, lab cases, prescriptions, failed appointments
(4) Computer literate (Adobe, Excel, Word etc.)
(5) Daily benefit verification (including frequency limitations, patient procedure history, etc)
(6) Familiarity with Medicaid and PPO insurance billing, claim/preauth appeals, investigation, and submission. Familiar with Medicaid procedure coverage/limitations for adults and children.
(7) Familiar with ADA codes, Eaglesoft, HIPAA, & OSHA.
