Objectives Of This Role
- Maximize project efficiency and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Understand the project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
- Gain construction knowledge and become an all-around builder
- Main responsibility is document control. Requesting and processing of all submittals, creating and updating submittal procurement log, RFI's and RFI log, processing of ASI's and CCD's
- Create and manage project closeout including As-Builts, Attic Stock, Equipment Training and Warranty
- Create and manage QA/QC program to manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within parameters of company policy
- Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
