Under supervision and direction of the Behavior Analyst the Behavior Intervention Specialist will participate as part of a collaborative, inter-professional team within the IRA. The Behavior Intervention Specialist is responsible for the creation and implementation of individual behavior support plans for youth. Staff training and development are also critical functions of this role. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) a plus!

$20.18 Minimum Rate per hour, $30.28 Maximum Rate per hour, based on experience.
