Job Overview:

We are seeking an Apartment Managers (couple) to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, property management, and real estate administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of property leasing and tenant relations.

- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and vacancies

- Manage all aspects of property leasing and tenant relations.

- Manage all collection of rents.

- Maintain the general premises in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.

- Reinforcing all rules governing the premises

- Arrange for cleaning, maintenance, and repair as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Must have excellent communication, written and verbal skills

· Effective problem solving skills and strong work ethic

· Minimum of two (2) years residential manager experience required

· Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency required.

· Sales Real Estate License preferred.

· College Degree preferred.

The property is located in Northridge, 1 block from Cal State Northridge. It is a 40-unit apartment complex. Managers will get a discount on housing of a 2Bed/2Bath with adjoining office separated by a door, along with 2 parking carport spaces and hourly compensation.
