Requirements:

• Hold a valid NY State Real Estate Salesperson/Broker license.
• Possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in NYC rentals/sales.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of landlords, developers, and prevailing market conditions.
• Proficient in utilizing various digital tools including CRM systems, web-based search platforms, Google Suite, and digital signing platforms (e.g., DotLoop, DocuSign).
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to full-time engagement.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive contract-based compensation ranging from $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.
