The JOB: Resort General Manager

A day in the life...

This role will lead the operations for LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.

Requirements

You own this if you have…

• At least 5 years in leadership experience as a General Manager at a luxury hotel/resort environment. 
• Demonstrated facilitation of organizational change management, particularly in a long-standing, traditional resort or property
• Experience with Renovation/Project Management Oversight preferred.
• Immersion in the following resort divisions highly desirable: Food & Beverage, Front Desk and/or Rooms, Golf/Club, Spa
