Office Worker / Scheduler Job Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for entering resolutions for aides and keeping case managers updates on missed visits / service interuptions / reasons for resolutions.
- Will send out daily reminders to aids to clock out or send in task sheets.
- Will be responsible for sending daily report to the COO.
- Updates calendar to reflect times and dates of appointments / assignments.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential as per DHEC.
- Will make courtesy calls on a bi-weekly schedule.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Prints, files and maintains office records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assists in scheduling aides to work in clients homes on a daily basis.
- On call one day per week and one day every 3 weeks.
- Update caregivers files.
Office hours are Monday thru Friday 10am-4pm, with one to two days on call using the Telebroad system.
