St Andrew Catholic School is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Myrtle, SC

Bookkeeper

St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking a full-time bookkeeper. We are a K-8 Elementary School located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Our school maintains a long-standing Catholic tradition and is overseen by our parish and the Diocese of Charleston. Our mission at St. Andrew is to “know and love” every student and to provide a culture of community and support built upon the foundations of the Catholic Church.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities Include:

Cash Receipts- Bank deposits and posting to the general ledger using Dynamics 365.

Accounts Receivable- Maintain Student Tuition accounts using FACTS Tuition Management.

Accounts Payable- Prepare and process checks using Dynamics 365.

Payroll- Process bi-weekly using ADP.

Human Resources – Manage HR related employee benefit programs, activities and claims.

Financial Reporting – Prepare and present required monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including annual budget.

Vendor Contracts – Prepare vendor contracts for diocesan review and approval and secure liability insurance certificates.

40 hrs/weekly, full time, 12-month position including health benefits, matching retirement, flexible hours, daily lunch and opportunities to worship.

Education, Experience and Requirements:

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365, FACTS, & ADP desirable
Attention to detail, and confidentiality in all matters, a must
A practicing member of the Catholic Church is desired
