  • 10 paid holidays The Industrial Equipment Group is looking for a full-time Allied Sales administrator. The successful candidate will be an energetic and ambitious team player who will work within the Sales Administration department. Responsibilities :
  • Support Allied sales force
  • Order entry
  • Quoting assistance
  • Credit card processing
  • Invoicing of orders
  • Project management
  • Vendor communication as needed
  • Filing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting the Allied team as needed
  • Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principals into daily activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Qualifications :
  • Recent college graduate with 4 year degree preferred
  • Professional business experience is highly desired
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to quickly apply training received
  • Technical background with good computer skills
  • Accounting experience in regards to budgets and forecasts
  • Well organized
  • Willingness to learn
  • Desire to succeed
  • Desire to manage others to help them reach their full potential
  • Positive, customer focused attitude
  • Computer Skills - Epicor / Silk Systems, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic familiarity with AutoCAD is also desired.
  • Language Skills - Intermediate : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills - Intermediate : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability - High : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Physical Demands / Work Environment :
  • Physical / Sensory Functions : Regularly will sit, use hands, talk / hear; Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste / smell.
  • Lift and / or Move Functions : Occasionally up to 25 pounds
