Position: Automotive Sales Professional
Location: Muskegon, MI
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Positive mindset
- Sales experience in the automotive industry a plus
- Embrace social media.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a dealership setting
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing options\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or outside sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
