For our Sales Operation Team in Munich we are looking for a

Revenue Management Specialist (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

As a Revenue Management Specialist, your role involves strategic forecasting, pricing optimization, and continuous monitoring of sales channels. Key responsibilities include:

Demand Forecasting:

  • Perform short and long-term forecasts of customer demand using advanced analytical methods.
  • Utilize available data to enhance the accuracy of demand predictions.

Production Planning:

  • Definition of rolling production model and configuration mix

Strategic Pricing and Distribution:

  • Analyze data to optimize strategic pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new sales modes, including e-commerce and subscription models.
  • Define quarterly sales animation programs.

Sales Channel Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor various sales channels according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate the impact of ongoing marketing activities, vehicle availability, and pricing on sales performance.

Optimizing Marketing Activities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing activities.
  • Provide insights to enhance marketing strategies based on real-time sales channel monitoring.
  • Deliver sales relevant input for external communication.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Contribute to the refinement of data-driven strategies for revenue optimization.

Market intelligence

  • Analysis of market development and preparation of management summary
  • Competitor transaction price analysis and creation of comparative price positioning map

Financial Services:

  • Represent country during FCA and LCA negotiations and steer implementation of agreements into operations.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with financial services partners.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly commercial action meetings.

Sales Communication:

  • Maintain central commercial policy platform for sales force.
  • Host regular sales force dialogues with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, sales steering, or a related field within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform accurate short and long-term demand forecasts.
  • Experience in optimizing pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and subscription models in the context of automotive sales.
  • Proficiency in monitoring sales channels and evaluating marketing activities against defined KPIs.
