Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at the Island Lake location as a Data Entry Specialist - Inventory & Accounts Payable.

This role will primarily focus on efficiently handling the data entry tasks related to inventory receiving and accounts payable processes.

Schedule and Benefits

This position offers flexible part-time hours, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.

We offer competitive compensation in the range of $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, part time employees are eligible for PTO.

Key Duties

• Accurately enter received purchase orders (POs) into Global Shop software system.
• Verify quantities against items checked in by floor staff and make necessary adjustments.
• Match pricing on invoices to corresponding POs and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between POs, invoices, and received items.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in purchasing, inventory control, or accounts payable preferred.
