Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
