Toyota of Muncie is actively seeking a knowledgeable Parts Associate to lead our rapidly growing Parts and Service Department. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in automotive parts management, preferably with specific experience in Toyota vehicles and is keen on expanding their knowledge base on Toyota vehicles. Specific Duties:

• Maintain clean and tidy workplace
• Provide Service Department with proper parts and tools to perform vehicle repairs
• Oversee the ordering of parts and required components necessary for maintenance and repairs on both Toyota and Pre-Owned vehicles
• Play a key technical sales role, interacting directly with customers to provide expert advice and parts solutions
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive team effort
• Regularly receive and implement feedback from upper management to improve operations and service
• Keep fast moving parts in stock while minimizing obsolescence
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Order parts for local body shops as requested or other wholesale business
• Additional duties/responsibilities as needed
• Stay up to date with manufacturer changes

Specific Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year as Parts experience
• Toyota experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate customer service skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment, are organized, and can manage your time
• Valid driver s license
