TCP is seeking a full-time Production Manager for our Screen Print, Embroidery, and Heat Transfer Departments at our state-of-the-art facility. As a Production Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our production processes and setting new standards in quality.

Your Role:

As the Production Manager, you'll lead a diverse team from prepress to press operators, quality control to fulfillment, and everything in between. Your responsibilities will include:

• Innovation & Development: Collaborate with internal and external teams on research and development of new preproduction and production processes, techniques, and materials. Test new equipment and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage both preproduction and production staff, ensuring effective application of resources towards successful job completion and fulfillment. Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and success.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the operation and maintenance of various equipment, including computer-to-screen (CTS) systems, M&R Automatic Screen printing presses, Tajima embroidery machines, Eco Tex, Eco Rinse, Roland Heat transfer Printers, Epson Sublimation Printers, Hotronix Heat Presses as well as packaging equipment. Ensuring optimum production rates without compromising on quality.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality standards and troubleshoot any issues to ensure flawless execution. Be mindful of the impact of inefficiencies and work towards minimizing them.
• Recruitment & Training: Assist in recruiting new team members and contribute to their training and development.

What We're Looking For:

We need someone with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to excel under pressure, and a deep understanding of quality standards in screen printing and embroidery. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in screen printing, 5 years running auto-based screen printing equipment (M&R preferred), and 3 years running embroidery equipment (Tajima preferred). Familiarity with all ink & Thread types. B2B fulfillment logistics is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with prepress and file engineering, manual color separations, Computer to Screen (CTS) systems, and advanced print and embroidery production techniques. Familiarity with Square and roller frames as well as selecting proper mesh count.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to make superior decisions, troubleshoot effectively, and influence and inspire your team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Art, Management, and/or Manufacturing
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $75,000-$115,000 per year.
