Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for managing financial planning, preparing financial statements, overseeing finance operations, analyzing financial data, and providing financial reporting. This role is based in Mountain View, CA but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in managing investor relations and raising capital.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
