JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are searching for an experienced Associate Marketing Manager to join Intuit's Consumer Group's CRM Marketing Solutions team on a one-year contract basis, with potential for a long-term position.

The ideal candidate will enhance operational efficiency across CRM functions, ensure meticulous execution of multichannel CRM campaigns, and support comprehensive project management.

This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of campaign implementation and fostering vendor and partner relations.

• Implement continuous improvements in CRM team processes to boost efficiency and campaign velocity.
• Guarantee the impeccable execution of CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and web, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee project management for CRM campaigns, including milestones, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Liaise closely with CRM data and operations teams to articulate and implement complex campaign requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including onboarding and monitoring timelines and deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in advanced email marketing within a Fortune 500 environment.
• Strong passion for and understanding of operational excellence and project management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-team collaboration capabilities.
