Summary :
Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions between customers and the Bank according to established policies and procedures.
Provides quality customer service while handling routine customer inquiries and problems. Understands and promotes Bank products and services and refers customers to other departments as appropriate.
Schedule may include Saturdays, holidays and may require travel to other branch locations. All employees are expected to protect the information and assets of the organization through heightened awareness of information security, cyber security, and risk management best practices, as well as complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities : include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive and process a variety of transactions including, but not limited to, Bank products, withdrawals and loan payments.
Verify amounts, balances and endorsements as required.
Keep cash drawer balance below maximum limit.
