Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.

- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive strategic decision-making.

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $42,477.00 - $63,818.00 per year
