DW Construction LLC is Hiring a Job Site Supervisor (FT) Near Mount Sterling, KY
Description:
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and is an
exceptional leader in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of job sites.
- Manage a team of 5-10 workers - organize, coordinate, and execute work
- with the crew.
- Responsible for the technical accuracy and quality of the build.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, and be able to work professionally
- with clients, vendors, employees, managers, and supervisors.
- Must be familiar with commercial concrete, foundations, and pre-engineered
- buildings.
- Monitor and document site progress. Complete daily reports
- Complete monthly safety and quality inspections
- Review of drawings to ensure completeness and constructability.
- Material management and logistics coordination
- Must be willing to work hands-on with the installation crews
- Possesses great communication skills in order to interface effectively with
- subcontractors and clients.
- Able to read/understand construction drawings.
- Strong field background in heavy construction
- Ability to work outside on a daily basis in adverse weather conditions,
- including extreme temperatures, ranging from 0 to 100 degrees F.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding, and train crews
- on mechanical installation techniques.
- Overtime required based on project needs
- Clean driving record and means of transportation
- Pass a drug screening
