Employee will be paid at $40/visit.

· Observes records and reports to the Registered Nurse on the general physical and mental condition of the client.

· Administers prescribed treatments as permitted by applicable state law.

· Assists the physician and/or RN in performing specialized procedures. Prepares and completes clinical and progress notes and submitting them weekly.

· Prepares equipment for treatments.

· Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including appropriate self care.

· Participates in case conferences, patient care audits, and other committees as requested.

· Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
