Columbia Physical Therapy has 15 clinics in WA, OR, and ID and we are currently hiring for our flagship, brand new location in Moses Lake, WA . Positions available on land and/or in an aquatic therapy pool. Compensation is flexible with options for full-time with profit-sharing or per diem.

30' X 40' aquatic therapy pool
Emphasis on patient care. One on one with physical therapist every visit.

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and goals

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care

- Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy

```Requirements:```

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred

- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion

- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques

- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus

- Familiarity with acute care settings and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols
