Columbia Physical Therapy has 15 clinics in WA, OR, and ID and we are currently hiring for our flagship, brand new location in Moses Lake, WA. Positions available on land and/or in an aquatic therapy pool. Compensation is flexible with options for full-time with profit-sharing or per diem.

- Emphasis on patient care. One on one with physical therapist every visit.
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Familiarity with acute care settings and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols
