- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, preventive measures, and home exercise programs.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuous professional development and training.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities for interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
