Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Training to join our team. As the Head of Training, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance other trainers while providing effective training to our clients. You will play a critical role in shaping our training strategy and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools to succeed.

Duties:

- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives

-Ability to engage in client consultation and enroll clients in fitness programs

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars

- Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles

- Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources (if applicable)

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback

- Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Experience:

-Nationally accredited personal training certification required

- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

- Ability to effectively educate and engage clients at all levels

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a commission only, 1099 position.
