- Invest in, develop, and grow your team (Shift leaders and team members). Collaborate with Training and HR Director on a Training & Growth plan for key leaders and team members
- Collaborate with FOH directors and hold huddle’s with every Front counter/dine-in team members daily
- Ensure the Front Counter, Dining Room and bathrooms are CLEAN & ORGANIZED at all times
- Ensure our TM’s are being polite, friendly, helpful and fast
- Ensure all shifts are completing checklists & following systems & procedures for Operational Excellence
- Work with GM to Staff appropriately for all periods of the daily & weekly business cycle and special events
- Help increase usage of CFA App for digital ordering to x% of sales. Help customers transition to digital ordering
- Ensure that all equipment is being cleaned & maintained appropriately & Safety & Security procedures are being followed.
