Summary of Position:
Our Parts Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately maintaining the day-to-day activity of part(s) usage and maintaining accurate inventory count. This role will work closely with our purchasing team, Buyer(s), for ordering, receiving, storing parts, and our accounting team for month end transactions. The organization relies on accurate parts inventory count(s)s for monthly and year-end reporting; therefore, attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this Role.

Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma and 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
· MaintainX experience a plus
· Able to work collaboratively, a team player, work independently and meet strict time deadlines.
· Forklift experience a plus and occasional heavy lifting.
· Knowledge of plumbing fittings, mechanical bearings, and welding supplies a plus.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, (Excel, Word & Outlook)
· Bilingual, Spanish a plus. Good Oral and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; kneel; crouch; bend. Able to climb stairs and ladders or step up onto a platform several times throughout the shift; and is occasionally required to sit. The employee must be able to push/pull/lift and/or move up 50 pounds.
