Finishing Equipment Operator - Mora, MN
Job Summary : Join our dynamic team as a Finishing Equipment Operator, responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various finishing machines including cutters, folders, and binders.
This role is crucial in ensuring the high-quality finishing of printed materials for both small and large production runs.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate finishing equipment according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience with finishing equipment in a manufacturing or print environment.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Shifts : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Compensation : $20 - $30 per hour.
