Job Summary:

We are a seasonal River Rafting Company in Grand Teton National Park, WY.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for assisting our passengers with their reservations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to providing an outstanding passenger experience.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to passenger inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist passengers with making, modifying, and canceling reservations
- Provide accurate information about our scenic float trips and other area activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of passenger transactions
- Handle passenger complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
