Job Overview:
Gold Coast K9 is seeking a full time Office Manager . We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office management tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones/emails/texts
· Scheduling clients
· Cold Call sales
· Greeting clients
· Send invoices, proposals and agreements
· Perform inventory and provide monthly statistics
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Work Space, Square Reader and Quickbooks
· Giving tours of facility
Qualifications:
Candidates would ideally have a Business degree, bilingual English/Spanish but not mandatory. As the position interacts with customers regularly, ideal candidates would have a good attitude and work well with others. Other attributes are someone who values time of others, has no criminal history, enjoys being around animals, handles constructive criticism well and maintains clean work station.
