Job Summary:
BeeHive Homes of Moorhead is a growing locally owned and operated memory care community dedicated to revolutionizing the way we provide care to seniors living with memory impairment. We have designed our home and our care model with a focus on empowering residents to live as active, engaged and independent as possible.

We are a 16 bed assisted living community dedicated to caring for seniors with dementia. We are currently looking for a part time Shower aide to assist residents with showers and ADL's. Hours would be 6:30a to 10:30a. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of it becoming permanent.

A Day in The Life:

• Assist residents with showers and other morning ADL's• Light Laundry• Has a solid understanding of the dementia process.• Must communicate effectively team members, residents, and resident families.• Completes delegated nursing tasks as assigned.• Maintains a professional demeanor in demanding situations.

Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years’ health care industry experience preferred.• Dementia/ Memory Care training a plus, but will be provided.• CNA certification.

Must-Have’s:

• Follows all policies and procedures.• Must receive a "not disqualified" criminal background result and may not be on the OIG exclusions list.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 28 per week
