RandyMarion Automotive is hiring a fulltime Payroll Specialist in ourcentralized accounting office located in Mooresville NC.
Thepayroll specialist is responsible for processing all aspects ofweekly payroll and monthly commissions for multipledealerships.
ThePayroll Specialist should be dependable organized detail orientatedable to multitask communicate professionally and meet deadlines.
Previous automotive dealership experience a plus and Reynolds& Reynolds experiencehelpful.
Payrollspecialist dutiesinclude :
- Compilespayroll data such as hours worked sales commissions time sheets andotherrecords
- Computeswages and deductions and posts to payrollrecords
- Reviewswages computed to ensure accuracy ofpayroll
- Recordsdata concerning transfer of employees betweendepartments
- Ensuresemployees receive benefits information andpaperwork
- Processpayroll taxpayments
- Maintainconfidential payroll records and employeefiles
- Ensurethe processing of new hires changes transfers and terminations isaccurate andtimely
- Performmonthly audits on deductions andearnings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GEDequivalent
- Priorpayroll and / or accountingexperience
