Purpose: To assist the Contracts Department in daily tasks to include but not limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide Dance Floor Quotations to the Sales team.

· Input Dance Floor Orders into Salesforce.

· Maintain filing and record keeping.

· Answer the telephone.

· Assist with administrative tasks.

· Issue Harlequin Contracts.

· Work directly with Sales team and Clients.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma

· Good communication skills.

· Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Proficient in office software: Google Docs; Excel; Word.

· Excellent organizational skills & time management.

· Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

· Work independently and with colleagues.
