Genghis Grill is Hiring a Busser Near Moore, OK
- Punctual and maintains a good attendance record
- Removes used and/or unneeded plate ware, silverware, and glassware from tables
- Accurately sorts plate ware, silverware, and glassware in dish area
- Restocks clean plate ware, silverware, and glassware
- Maintains the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
- Maintains clean and dry floors
- Stocks and organizes deliveries
- Frequently cleans the restrooms
- Periodically sweep floors, inside and out
- Frequently monitors all trash cans and empties as needed
- Follows proper closing and cleaning procedures
- Maintains a safe working environment
- Is professional while clocked in or on company premises
- Follows all sanitation and safety policies
- Follows company cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintains valid state and local food handlers and alcohol certifications when applicable
- Advises Restaurant Manager/General Manager/Regional Director of any non-routine situations
- Performs other duties as assigned by managers
- Must be motivated and have a high energy level
- Must be guest-centric, demonstrating a desire to be of service
- Must be respectful of all guests, managers, team members, and vendors
- Must have a calm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be capable of constant standing/walking, reaching, and turning
- Must be capable of occasional stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lb., ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Must be capable of frequent, continual, or intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
