Job Description:

The Contractor Supply Manager is responsible for the unit’s supply system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist RQSs by providing management of unit’s supply program.
• Receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, supplies, and tools. SM compiles stock records of items in squadron’s stockroom, ISUs, or other storage areas.
• Store articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size, or type of material. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
• Ensure unit’s supply program meets the needs of unit’s individual equipment requirements and provide a quarterly report by the 25th of the month preceding the end of the quarter on the status of individual equipment shortfalls to the Unit Commander.
• Be responsible for the research and inventory of various individual/team personnel.
• Maintain an individual equipment issue computer database (All Window’s Microsoft Office, Battlefield Airmen Rapid Refresh and Replenishment (BARS) system, Tool Control Max (TC Max), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), and Enterprise Supply Solution (ESS) and report adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to equipment, and location changes. SM shall provide a quarterly report of the status of equipment on order by the 25th of the month preceding the end of the month, as well as equipment purchased over the last quarter to the Support Superintendent/Flight Commander and/or NCOIC.
• Distribute equipment among squadron members and keep records of material issued.
• Be available to issue and receive individual and team equipment during standard duty hours.
• Maintain current software for Tool Control Max system (TC Max) or similar equipment accountability database. SM shall be responsible for tagging and tracking all assigned UTC equipment items.
• Manage and monitor UTC supply health track and order any/all equipment shortfalls. SM shall track by generating reports containing damaged and end of life cycle equipment items to reconstitute ISUs to deployment status. Contractor SM shall develop UTC accountability plan to ensure all equipment items are accountable/secure.
• Mark and label each ISU with appropriate UTC and Increment identifier.
• Manage Battlefield Airmen Rapid Refresh and Replenishment (BARS) system or similar system. SM shall be able to audit and track daily quantities issued to individuals. SM will also monitor funds allotted to purchase individual equipment and provide status to the RA/Support Superintendent/Flight Commander or NCOIC.
• Manage all training gear stored in the supply warehouse and in storage cabinets of mission planning room. SM will ensure the appropriate amount of training equipment is available to support mission provide status to the RA/Support Superintendent/Flight Commander or NCOIC.
• Manage special purpose equipment including but not limited to ISUs, Tactical Operation Center (TOC), and ISUs for temporary duty (TDY) and exercise support.
• Construct and present upon request, a continuity book outlining SM duties, and the latest Performance Objectives as listed in the Services Summary. Book may be in electronic or hard- copy format as required and be accessible by the government.

Job Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

• Government-issued driver’s license
• Must have experience as a Supply Custodian/Manager or have other military experience directly related to supply manager duties/responsibilities
• Basic competence with computer systems
• High school or general educational development equivalency

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.
