Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, and ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.
Duties:
- Provide personalized assistance in a one-on-one setting
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with mobility
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Respect and uphold resident rights at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
