Location : Essex County and Surrounding Areas

Job Type : Part-Time and Full-Time Roles

Salary : Up to $20.00 per hour

Dementia experience is required.

One client is on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday shift, which is 15 hours.

The other client is early mornings, three days a week. 10 - 12 total hours.

Bonus points if you can speak Arabic.

There is plenty of opportunity for additional hours with other clients as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Prepare meals according to the client’s dietary restrictions and assist with eating if needed
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• Help clients with mobility needs such as walking assistance and bed transfer
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and monitor and communicate any changes in client condition
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for the client

• Current and in good standing NJ Home Health Aide Certification
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug test
