We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software.
Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the general ledger
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of debits and credits
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
