Company OverviewCreative Financial Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join a leading solutions provider in manufacturing in Monroe. Lead the market with first class customer service, product quality, and dedication to improvement through new ideas.
  • Work with a team of tenured employees, all of whom are dedicated to each other’s success
  • This position is in an open-office cubicle environment
  • Work on location at a customer’s site where the environment can range from an industrial/mechanical shop to a construction/mining environment
  • This position is 100% onsite
  • The pay range for this position is $25-$28/hour
Position SummaryThe Customer Support Technician is responsible for taking service calls from customers and properly documenting the information in order to provide excellent customer and technical support.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Receive and follow up on incoming calls.
  • Promptly respond to new voice mails.
  • Correctly document service calls to ensure proper assistance with installation. This includes customer information, nature of the call, and technical details.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues.
  • Accurately process warranty claims and parts orders in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
  • Maintain and update detailed work instructions for the position.
  • Close out Completed service calls weekly.
Qualifications
  • Some college preferred
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills under pressure.
  • Ability to read and comprehend service manuals, technical information, and schematics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Exhibit strong dedication to the highest-level of customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
