Premiere Behavioral Supports is serving clients in the South Jersey area. Our company is for developmentally disabled adults living in the community who need assistance with everyday tasks and learning to cope with social challenges or provide support to learn to become more independent.
We provide supportive services for adults to achieve independence with the assistance of highly skilled professionals who deeply value the well-being of our clients.

Premiere Behavioral Supports is an in-home supportive service program supporting Adults (21 years or older) with a developmental disorder in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties.
Premiere Behavioral Supports is currently seeking a part-time community support staff to work 20 hours per week in varied locations throughout Cumberland County.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with challenges such as interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills in developing adaptive and practical coping skills and realizing educational and vocational goals.
Provide one on one skill-building intervention for adults
Build rapport with adults with a developmental disability
Complete all necessary documentation.
Contribute, implement, and incorporate community-based activities and programs
Ability to communicate with adults with a developmental disability openly and without judgment
Ability to establish a relationship based on shared responsibility and respect
Provide interest in needs and concerns of persons with internal and external barriers to achieve success
Sensitivity to persons of different educational, economic, cultural, or racial backgrounds
Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest options and alternatives
Provide support to the client through an ongoing one-to-one
Serve as a positive role
Assist clients with setting goals to achieve academic and personal success.
Build self-esteem and motivation in the client
Complete all required training by the due date
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education : You must have a high school diploma / GED or higher education degree
Experience : You must have six months of previous professional work experience with a person with a developmental disability.
All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing (under 5 points), valid car insurance, and pre-employment drug screening.
All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Premier Behavioral Supports and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
