• 2 years of related experience*
• Valid Driver’s License*
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new software
• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Willingness to Learn Company Products
• Strong attention to detail Job Duties :
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail and packages
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Correspondence with customers and vendors
• Producing Estimates and Sales Promotions
• Invoicing of Customers and Organization of Inventory
• Control of office expenditures and contracts
• Greet and assist customers and vendors
• Respond to customer concerns and / or complaints
• Cash register and point of sale operations when needed
• Demonstrate clear and accurate communication
• Keep all files and documents organized to company standards
• Responsible for accuracy and Timeliness of essential functions
• Open and close storefront and execute end of day procedures when needed
