Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Account Coordination: Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Quality, Purchasing, and Management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
- Strategic Planning: Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one- and three-year periods
- Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Solution Development: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that exceed company objectives
- Profitability Management: Meet assigned expectations for profitability
- Account Specialist Collaboration: Work closely with Account Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Market Analysis: Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations
- 3 years of recent experience in Account or Program Management of a related industry
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology)
- Strong technical understanding of the electronics manufacturing process
- Ability to provide thorough technological explanations to customers in order to instill confidence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
