```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the wireless department
- Ensure inventory control procedures are followed to maintain accurate stock levels
- Utilize POS system to process sales transactions and track customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Train and supervise wireless clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to make informed business decisions

```Experience```
- Previous experience in wireless sales management or a related field
- Strong mathematical skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $48,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
