Responsibilities:
- Assess and inspect vehicles for damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Communicate with customers to explain repair processes and costs
- Coordinate with insurance companies to handle claims and approvals
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Oversee the repair process to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and insurance companies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
