• Flexible to adjust to changes in responsibilities, procedures, or working conditions
• Willing to explore and suggest ideas to improve existing processes
• Willing to initiate self-development activities to learn about Southern Wine & Spirits industry
• Focus on providing excellent customer service with internal and external customers, including BSG personnel, personnel from other divisions, vendors and other outside personnel
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable environment required
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Must have experience in dealing with at least $ 4.0 million in receipts and at least billing of 500 charge backs weekly
• Knowledge and experience with an Enterprise Reporting Planning tool, a plus SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Team player, energetic, self starter, motivator
• Critical nature of this job may require extended hours
