What will you be doing:
As a Claims Trainer you will conduct thorough reviews of both routine and complex claims, identifying instances of inaccurate claims adjudication. Analyze claims data and documentation to pinpoint discrepancies and errors. Summarize findings and recommendations in detailed reports for feedback and correction, addressing both claims examiners and management. Possess expertise in claim coding, including CPT, HCPC, ICD-10, and benefit/provider configuration, ensuring accurate claim processing and adherence to regulatory standards.
