What will you be doing:

As a Claims Trainer you will conduct thorough reviews of both routine and complex claims, identifying instances of inaccurate claims adjudication. Analyze claims data and documentation to pinpoint discrepancies and errors. Summarize findings and recommendations in detailed reports for feedback and correction, addressing both claims examiners and management. Possess expertise in claim coding, including CPT, HCPC, ICD-10, and benefit/provider configuration, ensuring accurate claim processing and adherence to regulatory standards.

What will you need to be successful in the role:

• 5 years with healthcare related training experience.
• 5 years combined claims processing and health insurance training experience.
• Proficient in health care claims coding; CPT, HCPC, and ICD-10 for CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim form
• Ability to determine root cause of processing errors and successfully executive staff reeducation
• Experience training end-users on the proper use of the system.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability multitask in a fast pace environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
