Job Description-
Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate, complete, and timely analysis by reconciling balance sheet accounts and supporting the divisions with the financial statement close monthly, preparing corporate quarterly schedules, and preparing audit schedules.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP financials
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a large accounting environment with a concentration in balance sheet reconciliations
- Knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job during probationary period.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills such as team player, energetic, self-starter
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Intermediate Excel
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
- SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
